Sameer Sheth, MD

CO-FOUNDER, PRESIDENT & CMO

Sameer is a board-certified cardiologist practicing at Mass General Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate. He was a clinical leader at CareMore, RubiconMD & Oak Street Health. He graduated from Yale School of Medicine, completed his residency at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital. 

Scott Keim

Scott is an experienced healthcare executive. He last served as CGO at P3 Health Partners, where he had oversight of national payer relationships and ACO REACH strategy. He also served as Head of Network Innovation and Business Development at Aetna CVS Health and has held executive roles at UnitedHealth Group and PacifiCare.

Andrew Dilling

Andrew is an experienced product leader with a passion for leveraging technology to improve people's health and wellbeing. With 16+years in product management, he has a proven track record of bringing innovative products to market. Prior to joining Chamber, Andrew led product initiatives at AppNexus, Flatiron Health, and Olive AI.

Ahna Millat

Ahna is an experienced healthcare operations leader. She has 10+ years of experience working on both the payer side, including at a BCBS health plan, and on the health system side. She has overseen various areas including health plan operations, project management, vendor oversight, and strategy & development.

Jeff De Flavio, MD

Board Chairman

Jeffrey De Flavio, MD is a Partner and Entrepreneur-in-Residence at AlleyCorp. He is the co-founder and Chairman of Pearl Health and was previously the founding CEO of Groups Recover Together. Dr De Flavio’s expertise is in value-based care, clinical redesign and early-stage growth.

Kevin Ryan

Often called the “Godfather of NYC tech,” Kevin Ryan is one of the leading internet entrepreneurs and investors in New York. He is a co-founder of MongoDB, Business Insider, Gilt Groupe, Zola, and Nomad Health, and founds new companies with AlleyCorp every year. Earlier in his career, Kevin helped to grow DoubleClick first as President and then as CEO, leading their growth from a 20-person startup to a publicly traded global leader with over 1,500 employees, through IPO in 1998 and acquisition by Google in 2007. Kevin is on the Board of Tech:NYC, Vice Chairman of The Partnership for New York City, and Director Emeritus for Human Rights Watch. Kevin previously served on the boards of the Yale Corporation and INSEAD.

Bob Badal

Advisor

Bob Badal is a healthcare industry veteran and expert in kidney care. He was the former head of insurer contracting at DaVita Healthcare, where he spent 13 years leading all health plan and provider network contracting and served as the President of Latin America operations. He left DaVita in 2016 to co-found Treatment Technologies & Insights as well as Strive Health, where he served as Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer.

Gabriel Drapos

Gabriel is Chief Operating Officer and member of the founding team at Pearl Health. He was previously a leader on the Product team at Centivo. Prior to Centivo, Gabriel was an early employee at Oscar Health Insurance, where he served in a number of roles including Director of Product Operations, Chief of Staff, Interim Head of Marketing and in a Special Projects role on the Data Analytics team. Gabriel received his A.B. in Philosophy from Harvard University.

Brenton Fargnoli, MD

Brenton leads AlleyCorp’s healthcare investments and incubations as managing partner of AlleyCorp Healthcare. Prior to AlleyCorp, Brenton was an executive at Flatiron Health (acquired by Roche). He worked previously at J.P. Morgan and Blue Cross & Blue Shield. Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Brenton previously practiced at Memorial Sloan Kettering and completed residency at Harvard's Brigham and Women’s Hospital. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, earning an MD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and an MBA in Healthcare Management from the Wharton School.

Rishi Wadhera, MD

Dr. Wadhera is the Section Head of Health Policy and Equity at the Richard A. and Susan F. Smith Center for Outcomes Research, a cardiologist at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. He is also an adjunct Assistant Professor of Health Policy and Management at the Harvard School of Public Health. Dr. Wadhera received his M.D. from the Mayo Clinic School of Medicine as well as an M.Phil. in Public Health as a Gates Cambridge Scholar from the University of Cambridge. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency and Cardiovascular Medicine Fellowship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA. During this time, he also received a Master’s in Public Policy (M.P.P.) at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, with a focus on health policy.
